I’m writing this at 6:30 in the morning on Saturday the 11th. The RainTaxi Twin Cities Book Festival starts at 10 and I intend to be there at or very close to the opening. I discovered the Book Festival entirely by accident four years ago in its last year in its previous venue at Minneapolis Community & Technical College.
Augsburg’s new literary press, Howling Bird Press, is going to be there today. So will at least SOME of my fellow MFA students from Augsburg. So will a lot of publishers, some of whom may be taking new authors
